Grady’s BBQ Menu

Priding itself on serving traditional Texas-style BBQ since 1948, Grady’s BBQ is an iconic fast casual BBQ chain in San Antonio. To optimize speed of service, Grady’s utilizes indoor and outdoor digital menu boards for customers. My goal with this menu was to modernize their branding, while honoring their established “hole-in-the-wall” southern charm. Images featured in the menu redesign were shot under my art direction and sought to highlight their best-selling items while incorporating various themes from their dine-in experience.
